It's kind of like "if you see something, say something," as a way of getting unique information into the right hands. Unique information is information that one person has, by way of their unique vantage point, expertise, position, etc. Why does it matter? So often in post-mortems unique information is discovered that wasn't shared, due to lack of [[psychological safety]], trust, or other emotional challenges to teamwork or leadership. ##### What would the opposite argument be?
