*I am the note template.*
This reminds me of [[remove to gain]]. What you need to do to release the [[Creating]] parts of your brain, which are key for [[learning]] - where you have to be open to the idea that the future you [[Future Lon]] can be different - is to release the control of the frontal lobes. This reminds me of [[modern ancient mismatch]], we think of sitting as the best way of thinking.
It's kind of like how [[emotion changes the world we are in]] and how [[emotion and cognition interact to effect learning and memory and decisions]]. [[We run from the bear then we are afraid]] is an idea that our physical precedes our emotion. [[System 1]] thinking also plays a role here, just being present in the moment as a way of unregulating your brain
Transient Hypofrontality is a temporary brain state, best know to be created by about 20 minutes of light-moderate exercise, where your frontal lobes are down regulated, which can release creativity.
[[One of the best ways to change your brain is to change your body]]. For me, the win-win here is doing a dog walk while practicing a presentation or mulling over an idea that I'm stuck on. [[movement impacts our readiness to learn and create]].
##### What would the opposite argument be?
If your frontal lobe isn't involved, you maybe will do or say things that you will regret later, since your frontal lobe is involved in regulation and executive function.
