*Using "we" terms, modeling inclusion & contradicting hierarchy and exclusion leads to an inclusive environment .*
This reminds me of [[Psychic Flourishing]].
It's kind of like [[management is doing things right, leadership is doing the right things]].
"Inclusive leadership is when leaders’ words and deeds invite and appreciate their contributions and feedback from all team members [8]. In interventions to improve psychological safety, implicit inclusive leader language, such as ‘we’, ‘us’ or ‘our’, improved voice behavior and inclusive leadership behaviors helped to develop team psychological safety"
Since we know that [[psychological safety]] is the key to team performance, and our educational interventions are a team activity, being an inclusive leader will bring the us the classroom of maximum performance. Since [[Beyond the Safe Container]] shows us that the psychological safety leaks into and out of the simulation space, we can [[Change the World]] by changing our classroom or our teams.
### What would the opposite argument be?
Those with authority may feel threatened by our approach, but if we build [[trust is the currency of relationships]] through transparency, and starting with why, we are more likely to get buy in.
