Using [[I saw I think I wonder]] is a way at getting to people's frames, however you need to [[Listening to Understand]] to hear the whole story. It's an idea for identifying all of the possible frames that might be behind an action. This matters because when you combine this with the [[Basic Assumption]], you get a bunch of new ideas that reasonable people might have done the thing you observed.
