It's kind of like [[naming emotion decreases activation]], [[Name Claim Aim - Leading with Good Judgment]], and other skills that promote [[psychological safety]] It's kind of like both [[Leading]] and managing. Facilitation is the act of shepherding a group through a shared activity. This matters because our time on this world is precious. Each day is a vote for who you are and who your teams are. You can have positive [[Forming Habits]], and [[your leaky face]] will be the source for an [[emotional contagion]] ### What would the opposite argument be?
