For example, the evidence is for intervals and not for long distance for best training to improve speed. The consequential validity evidence will come from if the speed actually changes. It's kind of like [[artifacts are evidence of what we created]], after an impact is made, what is the artifact of that impact. This is the form of [[Validity]] that gets its value from the real world changes as a result of the test This matters because of the forms of validity, this is the one most useful for [[Identifying Reality]] as real world change. ### What would the opposite argument be? This is the validity most impacted by context, so it must be balanced with [[external validity]]. ## Sources: Messick, S. (1987). VALIDITY. _ETS Research Report Series_, _1987_(2), i–208.
