*Increasing control leads to stagnation leads to increasing control as the world changes around you.*
This reminds me of [[Blue Ocean Strategy]] how the world changes around you and you start in a blue ocean of solitude and growth and end in a red ocean with every one fighting for your market.
It's kind of like [[The Innovators Dilemma]] where organizations typically become more structured and system
[[change is the normal state]] tells us that when we focus on [[truth seeking to allow emergent properties]] and combine with [[relational coordination]] we end up in a non-[[transactional]] place, where we get the best out of systems and people.
