*How we help ourselves and our teams transition into and out of phases.*
This reminds me of [[Circle Up]], and how it can be a ritual acknowledging not just the work but the people.
It's kind of like my morning cup of coffee and couch time with Ringo.
Boundary Rituals are things we do or say when moving into or out of a phase. [[Name Claim Aim - Leading with Good Judgment]] could be a boundary ritual for moving into teaming mode.
These matter because they can help our individual or collective mindsets get aligned around how we view the situation. They can help us let go of difficulties so we don’t take them home. They can help us move into a team, moment, or event successfully.
You can create [[Implementation intentions]] to help you do the things you want to do.
##### What would the opposite argument be?
1) If you focus on the ritual you may miss the bigger issue, since [[you amplify what you focus on]], if you [[focus on the process not the goal]] you will miss the bigger issue sometimes.
2) It’s fine to have a framework, you also need flexibility to the moment and its needs.
