This reminds me of It's kind of like [[management is doing things right, leadership is doing the right things]], and how we probably need more vocal leaders and less vocal managers. This is a statement about giving [[Coaching]] & [[Feedback]] and leaning with positive, in order to properly [[Identifying Reality]] you probably need to be towards neutral. Especially when it comes to feedback or [[self assessment is not linked to performance]]. This matters because (according to Michael Lynch) you need 10:1 appreciation to negative in order to feel that someone is neutral towards you ### What would the opposite argument be? ## Sources:
