[[Transtheoretical Model of Behavior Change]] is a classic model of behavior change that was created to unify the pre-existing disparate models, still a useful way to think about behavior change. ##### why does it matter? [[Forming Habits]] is hard. It requires work. Often people make progress to a certain level then fall back. ![[TranstheoreticalModel.jpeg]] ##### This reminds me of [[unconscious incompetence]] at the pre-contemplation stage. ##### What would the opposite argument be?
