Can be overcome with interventions that expose the undiscussibles in a safe environment like a private offisite retreat with [[Two Column Writing]] activities
This reminds me of using therapy to improve a family dynamic. This reminds me of challenging debriefing situations, and how it can mirror real-life.
It's kind of like identifying [[🐓 Idea Farm/9 🗄 Backlog/psychological safety]], trying to create a safe container but recognizing the change happens [[Beyond the Safe Container]]. It's what happened with GerryS at CT surgery in CH. It's what happened with BobS
### What would the opposite argument be?
