# Mindsets change our mind and our physiology as we interpret our experiences
*I am the simplified core assumptions about the world and how we work in it*
This reminds me of Growth Mindset, and [[Double Loop Learning more than doubles the learning]], and [[Cognitive Entry Behaviors]]
It's kind of like how we deal with [[cognitive frames]]
we always are interpreting the world around us, our mindsets are filters for how we do that interpretation.

- Be aware that we have them
- link our mindset to outcomes - when is it helpful vs. harmful?
- seek ways to adopt more useful mindsets
