**What is the big idea?**
*”What Is Is:
The only time we suffer is when we believe a thought that argues with what is.”*
- Byron Katie
![[That's not the world we live in]]
Not only is our view of the world biased by our [[Deciding]], but because we have limited [[Mental Model]], we only look for that can fit on the mental models we have. Thus, we miss seeing reality because it doesn’t fit into our current mental model. [[Transformative Learning]] is a shift in mental model capacity.
When we [[Flow]] with reality, we can take a [[Constructivism]] based view, and [[co-design]] our existence by being like water. This is like [[the second arrow]], the pain is unavoidable but the suffering is self-inflicted.
#### What's the best opposite argument
There are objectively moral arguments to make, there is an identifiable objective truth and one morality can be considered true. [[Moral relativism]] is a broken paradigm, we know that it is bad to do certain things, female genital injury etc.
