Since most of my actions are made without decisions, I mine as well set up my flow to be what I want it to be. An example of this would be, if I don't want to access the computer right away when I go into a patient room, keep my badge in my pocket, this would be some _good friction_ to help me design my work to make the right thing the easy thing. This matters because I'm more likely to do the easy thing over time, and if I want to make certain behaviors more or less likely, I need to [[Design my life to live]] so I'm more likely to do the things I want to do. [[Future Lon]] will appreciate it! The opposite would be, why do you want to make life harder? It's difficult enough trying to get through a day without putting up barriers to your life as you go. ## Sources: [[Atomic Habits]]
