# Title: Forest Bathing:
_Shinrin-yoku: Slowly basque in the forest to rejoin your soul with the speed of nature._
Forest bathing is the act of being in the forest and moving without purpose. Being present. A type of [[meditation]], moving at the speed of our ancestors.
Forest bathing is being present in the forest, living at the speed of nature.
It is good because it is a solo activity
It is bad because it is a solo activity
It is similar to [[Winter Hiking]] but it's different because it is without goals or purpose besides being present.
