*Immediate clear feedback with repeated practice makes perfect.*
This reminds me of [[Mastery Learning]], rapid-cycle [[Deliberate Practice]], [[SimZones]], and other forms of [[single loop learning]] with tight [[Coaching]].
It's kind of like rehearsals, training or other narrow scope practice techniques.
"deliberate practice is a specific form of practicing where the learner has 3 conditions met:
1) be aware of what aspects of their performance require improvement
2) receive detailed, immediate feedback on their performance
3) have ample opportunities to improve performance by practicing the same or similar tasks repeatedly" (Perretta, 2020)
why does it matter?
- Routine practicing doesn't actually get you better. You have to practice with an opportunity to get it right and coaching.
### What would the opposite argument be?
