*Embrace*
- #### Why?
*When I embrace the reality, instead of wishing it were different, I can see the advantage in situations instead of blaming. I haven't lost till I've blamed.*
#### What are my priority outcomes? (should be things I actually control such as processes and behaviors)
- Wellness = balance:
- Process: only say yes to things that I would do this week if offered because they are so interesting, valuable, or offer such a great opportunity for growth. If I don't have time this week I won't have time in 3, 6, or 9 months.
- Process: Schedule my fitness and community. When I block time for fitness and community they happen. Schedule my values don't value my schedule.
- Temperance = frugality
- I already have everything I need. What is this next thing replacing? How much of my life do I have to give up to have it?
- Never buy without putting it into my inbox first. Repair what I have.
- Family = community: Lyle, Ellye, Justine and Ethan, Mom and Dad, and all the Kings where they are at, community is family
- Process: see family every month
#### What will be acceptable evidence?
- Inbox is where offers, plans, and purchasing ideas go. They can hang out there and decide if they really need to be a part of my life.
#### What will get in my way?
- Interfacing with the internet, consuming > creating.
- Interfacing with low-value content with ads, takes my attention, energy, and puts me in consumer mode (information or goods)
#### How will I reduce those obstacles?
- Use technology for creation not consumption to avoid these urges. Use RSS reader to interface with the news. Use email sparingly, send offers to junk.
- Reduce Podcasts to minimum
- Embrace the role they play in helping me grow
