## What's the big idea here?
Leaders make the people around them better, stronger, bolder, more moral. They focus on two things, the shared mission and growing the people in order to achieve their maximum. It is not about what the leader accomplished but what the people under the leader accomplish.
Eisenhower “leadership is about getting a group of people to do what needs to be done”
In a world of complexity the leaders job is to create the conditions as opposed to having the ability to create a strong vision.
A key leadership attribute is [[curiosity]], to know there is something going on, and not being certain about their own beliefs. [[assume my instincts are wrong]] is a much better approach than trust the leader.
