# _What would it be to be going downhill on the wave?_
- Wednesday, I accepted that it was too cold to hike alone and didn't get much sleep. I went to the gym instead and got to hang with the team. I did 3 big whippers and had fun!
- Wednesday at work, I accepted that the patient needed to transition from BZD to phenobarb, I had a good experience with the sedation and it went really well.
- Tuesday, I went with the flow at Littleton in the patient safety meeting.
- I nudged without overwhelming
- Thursday, I got the feedback from Gabe and was accepting and grateful!
