- [x] Set timer for 20 minutes - [x] Start writing In 1 year I will be thinking of October 7, 2025. By then, I will be Director of Clinical Programs for 1 year. I will be present and coaching our faculty at CMS, and I will be doing less HSE programs than I am doing this fall. Ellye will be at college and Lyle will still be at school. Professionally, I will be working on the supportive assessment program with Mary and Chris, and we will be writing together. The learners from this HSE will be considering what they learned, working on their WGJ, and back at their programs. They will be thinking fondly. I will be working at Littleton 3-4 times per month. I'm thinking it's likely to be 4 days with 2 x 24 and 2 x 12. I will be thinking how satisfying it is to get to work with such great people. I will be promoting readiness, and will have created a crash c-section program at Littleton. Since I have written a case-study around collaboration using simulation, and documenting the program, I will actually be somewhat vaulted into the world of rural EM. I will just have come back from ACEP where I will have presented on NCA, and will have continued to work with Nuha. Cynthia and I will still be having our routines which is so good for us. I will have built in more kayaking with her, and will have a trailer hitch on the car which I can put the kayaks onto a back rack system. s :)
