- [x] Start writing When I tell people, what do I disclose? What is leadership? Is it best to be simple, forward looking, and acknowledge the challenges everywhere? Or is it better to be clear about all the reasons. Thus far, I have been quite careful to not poison the well, however, I'm really not sure if that's the best approach. I do think the goals should include making things just a little better over time, but I don't want to get involved in the saga. People will have to learn for themselves.
