Time to reflect on the amazing moments of my life, and how joyful it is to share them with Cynthia.
Cynthia and I went to Alexandra's Bistro last night, and had a relaxing (ie slow) 2.5 hour dinner. We were some of the last people there. I didn't even notice the other tables, the time passing, or other things. We just got to be together. I had an amazing, creamy, delicious fish cake. Cynthia had a gooey mess of a quesadilla with philly cheese-steak. Then we came home and finished the nice evening watching a stupid show called "English Teacher." We had some laughs, then went to sleep feeling satisfied and together.
We awoke this morning when I had an incredible breakfast with a slice of toasted Conquered bread by Alex Brown, covered in homemade hummus and garden tomato and a home chicken egg. We had a slow walk on the trails with the dogs and watched the barn be resided.
I relaxed, made my lunch for work, and went for a run with the doggos in the back.
I need to take a minute to reflect on this amazing moment of peace, kindness, relaxation.
