It's not a good sign that I wake up thinking stressed about going to work. I really don't want to go this am. Why is that? Where is the resistance? One part is clearly just not doing it regularly, when something is done regularly at least you are used to it. Since it's not done or seen regularly, the broken parts are highlighted. When you drive a car irregularly and there is a noise, you notice it.
