*How does the keystone activity help guide my actions across a variety of situations.*
##### what is it?
Based on the idea from [[🐓 Idea Farm/Deadfall/For myself only/Readwise/Books/The Gifts of Imperfection]]:
> It would be reasonable to say that I have a yoga attitude ... I value mindfulness, breathing, and the body-mind-spirit connection. I even have yoga outfits
For me, identifying my "climbing attitude" connects with several ways of living:
- how do you balance self-love and striving?
- [[be available for the opportunity]]
- [[Stories leverage ideas the same way debt leverages assets]]
- [[Power Leaks]]
- [[psychological safety]]
- [[you don't have that kind of time]]
- [[I haven't failed until I've blamed]]
- [[the attention beam]]
- [[love the plateau]]
_My tattoo embodies the symbol of love, while recognizing the pain associated with making important things happen._
##### why does it matter?
I am naming a cornerstone of my identity. Climbing provides resonance, metaphor, and framing for [[Deciding]] and [[Doing]].
##### This reminds me of
Cynthia's love of animals, I can see it for it being so good! It frames so much of her decision-making and existence.
##### What would the opposite argument be?
If I over-commit to a single identity pillar, I become unbalanced. Like any stool, at least three legs should exist to help my have a stable platform for decisions. Those other legs of my identity should be [[servant leadership]] and [[love]].
