*How to bring uncertainty to a close with a single new plan.*
This reminds me of [[Designing Curricula]], how in the process you tend to meet and brainstorm a series of ideas, but then you need to eventually create something.
It's kind of like [[Design thinking]], coming up with the [[prototype]] is typically the act of convergence.
Convergence is the bringing together, a form of denouement through a time of uncertainty.
This matters because you cannot forever stay in a liminal state and produce anything. At the time of convergence your ideas must crystalize and then be put into action, imperfect as they are.
### What would the opposite argument be?
During convergence, you are closing the door to new ideas.
